Making A Purchase could not be easier, just browse our Catalogue and click on the items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping Trolley. We accept most credit card and debit cards. If you are shopping from outside of UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We make every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted in our catalogue and on our website are correct and accurate. In the case of a manifest error or omission, we will be entitled to rescind the contract, notwithstanding that we may already have accepted your Order and/or received payment from you. Our liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money that you have paid in respect of the Order.
In the case of a manifest error in relation to price, you will be entitled to purchase the Goods or Services by paying the difference between the quoted price and the correct price, as confirmed in writing by us after the manifest error has been discovered. Next day delivery to UK mainland is £12.50 NI, Eire & Europe £39.95. Early morning and timed deliveries are available at extra cost. Please inquire about other countries
We will normally send your order to you for next business day delivery providing we receive the order before 3.00pm and subject to all items in stock. UK customers should normally receive them within 24-48 hours after dispatch, Ireland 24-72 hours and European customers in 4 days. International orders vary according to shipping & couriers are generally received in under 5 days.
Above delivery schedule does not apply to custom made orders, these can take between 7 - 14 working days upon received payment to be delivered.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Once order has been despatched standard Returns Policy applies
For orders made from the UK or the European Union 20.00% VAT is added. If you are in EU and have a valid VAT number, we do not charge VAT. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a minimum of 12 months manufacturers return to base no quibble repair or replace guarantee. Some equipment is guaranteed for up to 3 years. Warranties exclude damaged by normal wear & tear and mishandling or any damage.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period that starts the day after you receive the goods. If you would like to make a return, please call us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted.
We accept the return of items only if they are unopened, in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. If you return the goods as detailed we will issue a refund for the goods, excluding delivery charges. We will only accept returns with valid RMA number and copy invoice, once goods has been dispatched the returns policy applies.
The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to Secure London Ltd
and for providing proof of delivery of any such return, the cost of such returns is not covered by the Product warranty.
30 day Exchange Service: As part of our commitment to customer service we offer a 30 day Exchange Service, if you would like to exchange any goods bought, providing the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition, and with a copy of your invoice, we will issue you with a credit note which can be used towards any other purchases and is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Please note the following items are not included in this offer, delivery charges, custom made orders, special offer/order items, covert cameras, DVR,s and VCRs used for more than 2 hours. Any products returned after 7 days (but within 30 days) will be subject to a 10 to 30% (depending on age/condition) restocking charge and will only be accepted at SecureLondon Ltd discretion and with prior written agreement.
Any custom made order that are returned (with valid RMA number and copy invoice) will be subject to restocking fee of minimum 30% prior to any refund issued. Delivery charges are non refundable.
